Workflows are assembled from versioned blocks rather than written from scratch. Merchant onboarding was built after disputes, so the table shows which blocks it reused and which one it needed new.
Blocks
Each block is owned, versioned and used through a contract. Model-backed blocks reach models only through the gateway.
Agent contracts on the shared case record
What each agent may read (R) and write (W). Anything else is refused and logged. Conditional agents run only when the case needs them.
